The shirt of The Gills' first-ever trip to Wembley and arguably the most memorable play-off final of all-time where the club raced into a 2-0 lead to get pegged back and then beaten penalties. However, the Kent club continued to wear this shirt the following season and return to Wembley to avenge that defeat and win the 2nd Division play-off final 3-2 after extra time to reach the second tier of English football for the first time in The Gills' history, albeit wearing their yellow away kit that day.
